Screen Print Terms & Conditions

 

• Mockups and/or production will not be scheduled until the invoice is paid in full.
• Turnaround is 3 weeks from date of invoice payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
• Any changes to your order will restart the leadtimes and will be 3 weeks from date of changes made. 
• No refunds can be awarded on orders once in production.

 

Colour Matching:

All colours in the design will be matched at best to a stock ink colour pallet. For exact colour matches please provide Pantone codes with your artwork. If Pantone codes are not supplied Squeezed Orange will not be held responsible for any miss matched colour. Extra charges may apply for Pantone mixing inks. 

Print Placement:

It is the client's responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are supplied Squeezed Orange will print in standard size/locations. Print approvals have to be signed off by the client before production.

Artwork details:

The artwork in the print approval is final. If the client has supplied multiple artwork/mockup files please double check Squeezed Orange has used the correct version. Please check all layers, paths and objects to make sure illustrator has not hidden, replaced or moved any artwork. Squeezed Orange can not be held responsible for incorrect artwork being printed once the client has signed off the print approvals. It is the client's job to check and sign off final print approvals for production.

Amendments:

Making amendments before signing off print approvals is absolutely no problem at all. Any amendment must be made in writing via email. Please reply to the print approval email with amendments. These amendments will be acknowledged with a revised print approval for the client to sign off before production. Please note that whatsapp messages, text messages, phone calls, voicemails, direct messages on our social pages will not be considered as an amendment.

Supplying Own Garments:

Please be aware mistakes during production can happen, as we try to minimise any miss prints or mistakes occasionally they occur. If the client is supplying their own garments unfortunately Squeezed Orange cannot be held liable for any damage / faults to the garment. By supplying garments the client dose so at their own expense and risk, please DO NOT continue with the order if you do not want to risk your garments. Under any circumstance Squeezed Orange will not replace them.
